Account details (name, email), pet profile information, school affiliation, and usage telemetry needed to run the service.
How we use it
To operate school features, deliver notifications, improve the product, and keep pets and tutors safe. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
Data is shared with schools you join, service providers (Firebase, hosting, email) under contract, and law enforcement when legally required.
Your rights
Request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by writing to privacy@puppybnb.com.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of closure, except where retention is required by law.
